Starr Mansion began welcoming guests in December 2005. Each of the six guestrooms is distinctly decorated with authentic Victorian antiques and named to capture its unique character.

- Chilled Sparkling Cider in-room $10.00.

Regardless of the room you choose, all our guests are treated to the following luxuries:

Room Polices
- Smoking is not permitted in the inn. Should you smoke inside; repair of damages attributed to smoking
inside will be charged to your credit card or billed to you.
- Burning candles is not permitted in accordance with fire department regulations.
- Pets are not allowed in our inn, on our grounds, or in the parking lot.
- Rates are for one or two adults per room.
- The Solano County Health Department prohibits the use of our inn kitchen by anyone
other than inn staff. We do provide a guest refrigerator for your use and bottled water in
your guest room.
- First night's stay charged at the time of reservation.
- ALL RESERVATIONS CANCELLED WITHIN 7 DAYS OF ARRIVAL WILL BE SUBJECT TO THE
FULL PAYMENT OF ALL NIGHTS RESERVED. If we are able to resell your room for all your room
nights, we will refund your monies minus a $25 per room, per night handling fee.
- Reducing the number of days of a stay is considered the same as a cancellation and you will
be subject to the same policy as stated above. The minimum stay requirement will still apply.
- Arrivals later than your scheduled arrival date are considered a cancellation and monies will not
be refundable unless the room(s) is resold. Cancellation fees will still apply.
- Departure before your scheduled departure date is also considered a cancellation and monies will
not be refundable unless the room(s) is resold. Cancellation fees will still apply.
- Please let us know of any special dietary needs.
- Check in is between 2 PM and 9 PM or by special arrangement.
